I will try to answer in english: If there is no sound, this may be a result of a poor picture (drop-out), because the audio module is muting the sound, if a picture error appears. I guess, the video heads are contaminated or defect. Have you already cleaned all of the heads and all of the tape guides in the tape drive? If yes: Is the tape transport ok? The tape must be guided smooth on all heads and guides (Erase head: the upper white guide, head drum: the lower guide bar, audio head: the upper white guide). Are all blue seals on the allign screws still unbroken? Or has anybody already disalligned the tape path? It may also be a result of bad cassette tapes. Some tapes, like AGFA, some PHILIPS and PDM have a bad magnetic tape, that, after more than 25 years, have lost some of the magnetic signal. And so, the V-2000 can not read the signal error-free. Perhaps you have some other tapes for testing. The accu is only neccessary for the clock and the tuner presets. If you dismount the accu (it will be the best, if the accu is already broken and leak, because the module may get destructed by the acid of the battery), you must set the clock each time you switch the machine on. | Hallo! Dies ist mein erster Beitrag.^^ Ich habe auch gleich ein kleines Problem für euch:
Ich habe einen Farbwechsler mit 3 LEDs nach dem angehefteten Schaltplan gebastelt. Funktionieren tut er auch. Nun möchte ich gerne, dass 1) die LEDs langsamer (smooth) an und aus gehen, 2) die Periodendauer des Leuchtes erheblich verlängern. Das habe ich nun geändert: 1) Poti, statt 220k --> 5M 2) Elkos rechts, statt 100µ --> 2200µ (Overkill?!) Nun leuchtet nur eine LED (dauerhaft). Unterbreche ich kurz das Anlegen der Spannung, wechselt das Licht. Das Problem ist nun also, dass die Farbe nicht mehr wechselt. Was kann ich nun tun? Danke! ... | |||

it is possible, that the reel motors don´t have their full "power" now. First check two electrolyt caps on the module "Ablaufsteuerung" (behind the tape drive). They are located near the copper heat sinks with the output transistors BD898 (or TIP125) - these are the power supply for the two reel motors. Perhaps, one (or both) electrolyt caps have got dry and have lost most of their capacity. By the way: Does the display show the correct tape lenght? If inserted a VCC-480 tape, the display must show "C4" (left side). If the VCR does not indicate the correct tape lenght, the tape tension is not correct as well! 
What you have noticed (tape goes up and down at the tape guide), is the cause of the bad reverse picture search. You can clean the pinch roller very well with acetone or high-purity alcohole (< 90%). No abrasion of the tape must be left on the pinch roller. If you still see a glittering shape of the 1/2-inch tape on the rubber, it´s better to change the pinch roller (still avilable). And, as you have already noticed, the tapes are VERY different quality! Some cassettes can be wound light and smooth, others won´t do. TH... | |||

| Update! Update!
Last night I finally was able to make the "rubber tongue" test! It's the 3rd day on this week I only sleep 4 hours and I'm about to collapse, but here are the results  :
I took off the piece of plastic, from my "newer" 2x4, that is on top of the head drum. I cut a little piece of rubber I had at home with a similar shape to the one broken the day before... removed the remains of the same piece on the drum of the "older" machine (some leftovers went inside the head drum when removing it :77:, that was unavoidable since the little plastic that was left in its hole almost disintegrated when trying to remove it!). Put the piece on its place and "sandwiched" the new "tongue" to the border of the drum... Pressed play... And at the 1st play the mechanism made its full route, the drum rotating and it went continuosly, without any stop nor F, until I stopped it. That 1st time was without a tape. 2nd one was with one... same behaviour, the mechanism was working good, wonderful sound, everything smooth, no tape jams... Ich wollte mir eine LED-Anzeige selber bauen, die brauchen dann dauerhaft Strom. Flipdot-Anzeigen hab ich schon massig hier stehen (sogar welche als Ersatzteilspender). Ich hatte vor, mir ein Blinken-LEDs (Link!) zu bauen bzw. auf Basis eines solchen eine Anzeigetafel. Allerdings muss das dann nur "Ein" und "Aus" können, solche "smooth"-Effekte brauch ich nicht ;D Ich kann mir irgendwie nicht vorstellen, dass bei einer Bus-Anzeige mal eben 41 Ampere nur für die LEDs verbraten werden, pro Anzeige (gibt ja mindestens zwei, bei Straßenbahnen sogar mindestens 4!) das mit dem Leitsilber habe ich bei TV-Fernbedienungen schon öfters gemacht, jedoch hält es nie sehr lange. Das Keyboard in deinem Ferrari (habe auch den 3000 LMi) ist nicht von Acer selbst, sondern von DARFON und man bekommt es sicher im www auch einzeln zu kaufen. | Und damit ist DAB dann engültig tot, sollte MP4 hier in Deutschland wirklich eingeführt werden. Damit hätte man dann mal wieder das Radio der Zukunft kaputtgeplant, genau wie damals DSR.
Die entsprechenden Dekoder sind nämlich erstmal teurer, damit steigen die ohnehin zu hohen Preise für die Geräte dann nochmal. Statt sich neue Standards einfallen zu lassen und die Kunden zu verwirren, sollte man lieber anfangen ein attraktives Programm ausschließlich im Band 3 zu senden. Die Nutzung des L-Bands verteuert die Geräte nämlich unnütz. Im Zuge der Umstellung auf DVB-T wäre es kein Problem das Band 3 leerzuräumen. Das wären 32 Kanäle (5A-12D) die für DAB nutzbar wären, wenn die Bundeswehr den ungenutzten Kanal 13 freigeben würde, nochmal 4 weitere. Ausreichend Platz für jede Menge Radioprogramme. Ich besitze seit ein paar Wochen einen DAB Empfänger, bei den Preisen in Großbritannien konnte ich nicht anders. Der kleine Tuner für die Hifi-Anlage (Matsui DA-1) kostete mich nämlich ganze 19,97GBP (ca. 30 Euro), war allerdings ein Auslaufmodell. Normale tragbare Geräte fingen bei ca. 30GBP an, jeder Supermarkt hatte mehr Auswahl an DAB Radios als hier die Fachmärkte. Mit solchen Preisen und interessanten Programmen setzt sich DAB durch, nicht mit unsicherer Zukunf... |
