I do not need pricing, but thought you might. I am at your service if you wish to know the US pricing of anything. These machines really are worth repairing if they have not been abused. So far I have Dryer repairs/replacements as follows: drive belt, humidity sensor, 2 roller bearings. Washer; Pump motor with new wiring from 120 to 220V, 2 shock absorbers and now a door seal. This is not a lot for almost 30 years of service. The total $ for all this not so much, especially calculated on a per year basis. We have two machines that work great, thanks in good part to you and your kind help and so also there are two fewer machines at the landfill (Elektrogeraet Friedhof). Many thanks again, Driver. | Yes, I checked that with a voltmeter early last week as I also wanted to be sure. Both the dryer and the washer are hooked up to the same 220V 30A wall outlet, with each appliance getting its own breaker. Even so, I opened the washer's breaker box and checked the voltage, so I could "know" rather than "believe". Have ordered the part and will report findings. Thanks again. ... | |||

Ich habe ein Lagerkreuz bei oben genanter Maschine gewechselt. Leider muste ich heute festellen das der Antriebsriemen runter war. Problem: Auf der Antriebswelle befindet sich eine Schlüsselfläche d=22,7 mm (gemessen) In der Riemenscheibe ist selbige Schlüsselfläche eingebracht. Beides wird mit Mutter SW 24 und Mutter M18 verschraubt. Leider hat die Schlüsselfläche auf der Welle eine Tiefe von 3 mm. Die Stärke der Riemenscheibe ist ca 2,5 mm. Dadurch Taumelt die Riemenscheibe. Ich bin mir sicher das ich kein Teil vergessen habe. Weil alles sorgsam und in reihenfolge zusammengelegt. Leider kann ich kein Bild anhängen, weil keine Kammera. | Hi Pavel,
sounds like blocked or clogged hose to the pressure switch. Unplug the washer from mains, remove the top cover, find the switch, unplug the hose, take it your mouth and give it a good "blowjob"  until you can hear it bubbling down in the machine. Then re-plug the hose to the pressure switch and try again.
If it now works, follow the hose and then remove all other hoses in the area it ends,and clean them thoroughly. Regards Thomas ... | |||

I have two non-working Grundig 2x4 "Best Nr. 2000". One is grey/silver, lacks the closing door for the little buttons zone below the display and seems a bit old. The other one is black, shiny, in almost perfect looking condition, and seems newer. Ich habe im Sommer eine gebrauchte WAma LG Intellowasher 7 kg WD-1223F von einen Händler gekauft. Nun piept sie beim letzten oder manchmal auch beim vorletzten Schleudern und schaltet dann ab. Manchmal wäscht sie auch fertig, piept aber dann beim Tür öffnen und zeigt die gleiche meldung an. Sie zeigt eine Fehlermeldung an: E E (beim ersten fehlt der obere Strich) Gebrauchsanweisung hab ich keine bekommen. Der Händler war schon da, aber der weis auch nicht, was das bedeuten soll. | I just phoned with Miele and was really shocked with the service they offered me. They were extremely helpful!!!
The mentioned the possiblity of having a kinked water hose and went on to tell me about water pressure where as about 2 weeks ago due to some construction going on accross the street the water was turned off for a few hours. Miele then told me that I ought to check and see how much water pressure was coming into the house. Ergebnis: 1 bar I cleaned out the main water filter and was able to increase the water pressure just over 2 bar and seemed to have fixed the problem with the washer machine... ... | |||
