Unfortunately not. The rights remain with the person that made the photo, not with the owner of the object.
It's illegal to use pictures made by another person unless they gave you their written permission to use.
There are lawyers focussing on this and making money, the fines could go up to a few thousand euro.
Copyright laws make no difference between a photo made for ebay or the latest hollywood movie.

I ordered this TP from eBay, Sender sent me another konvolut, original was lost.
