Hi,
I'm having problems with an order I made to http://www.elektronik-werkstatt.de/ about two months ago. As far as I know, the admin of this forum is the owner of the store, so if I am totally wrong, please forgive me in advance. I cannot read German so it is a bit difficult for me to use the forum, not to say to buy in the store!
I ordered a belt "kit" (I think in fact there are 2 belts there :P) for an old video 2000 to replace my broken ones, and after some guidance by a great, venerable member of this forum who is (and still is being of) of great help. He fortunatelly guided me to the link to the correct item, since I wouldn't had been able to do so even with the help of Google translator.

The 20,52 € were paid at the beggining of august.
The first mails from the store were detected as spam by Gmail, so they went directly to trash. But soon I found that and configured it correctly to receive their mails.
I got a message stating that the product was out of stock until the beginning of september, asking me if it was ok to proceed with the order. I didn't answer anything, nor the payment was cancelled, so I think it's understood I didn't want to cancel any order...
Now september has almost ended, and I have no news about my order. 5 days ago I wrote to the store, a day later I made another attempt. No reply. Yeah, I've checked more than twice the spam settings.
So if someone involved with the store is reading this, maybe he/she could tell me what is happening with my order and why noone is replying my emails.
Als maybe this thread is useful to other people with similar problems with the store, who know... |

Hey, thanks everybody for the answers!
I was offered to cancel the order when I made it due to the long predicted waiting time and I was ok with it, so I'm not complaining about that. Those items are hard to find, so I find it acceptable to wait more; but lack of communication with customers is not nice. It just takes second to reply an email offering a refund or explaining to wait a bit more. Those are my thoughts...
Also I want to thank a lot all the people in this forum, who has been so kind and greatly helpfull. Cheers to you all! I already know some of you may be a little disturbed by a foreign visitor writing in a foreign language, so I beg your pardon in advance. It's a little of abuse on my side, but I really couldn't find a place like this with lots of information about v2000, which was the matter that took me here.
Oh, and believe this: I was due to take German lessons at the university, but couldn't find the correct group while in the aplying process (which was computer-aided :D) so I ended up studying Italian that year, being at risk of not aplying for the good number of credits for the course! 
Thanks for translating the words  Sure Google can kind of do it but its a lot more understandable when written by a human being 
I'm sure this all will end well!

ich habe nochmals nachgesehen. Die Sendung ist schon letzte Woche per Brief herausgegangen.
Ich hatte das verwechselt.
Ich denke, wir warten noch bis nächste Woche. Zum Teil dauern Briefe nach Spanien recht lange.

I've checked the hole matter again, here is the result:
You order has been processed last week. I've mixed up two different orders...
The parts have alteady been sent to you by (snail-) mail last week.
Sometimes letters to Spain take quite a long time. Probably it's the best to wait until the end of next week.
