Hallo, I'm sorry for english but I'm really not so good in german.

Hello, I have AEG lavatherm 57710 dryer. Every time when I try to start a program it says that the water container is full. But it actually empty...

When I tried to open the cover I found that the dryer has lot of water in the basement. There was some kind of special container for water in the basement... We tried to empty it and dryer started working. But after one cycle the container in the basement got full again and it stopped... Why there is a water in the basement when the water container is empty? What's wrong with that?

How can I check that the pump is working? e. g. that it's not broken?
