My german is very , very rusty , that's why i post this question in english....
This t.v. set has functioned till now without any defekts.
The symptoms are :
Starting the device cold , you have a black image with irregular horizontal white stripes , there is no sound .
After a while +/- 2 min , A korrekt image and the sound appear.
The colder the room temperature , the longer it takes.
I presume one or more dried out elektrolytic capacitors , but without a schematic diagram .
Hopefully someone recognizes these sypmtoms.

Hello
I have added a picture , sorry for the flash in the middle.
Doing some "playing" with this set .....
Without any antenna or scartsignal , it powers up correctly and immediately , showing static .
With a scartsignal or antennasignal , it takes for the moment +/- 1 min. to give a korrekt image.
Before it gives a korrekt image it looks like the added picture , and there is no sound.
