Hi,
I have bought the Grundig ST70-150 IDV and I'm not sure if everything is correct with this TV.
The problem is: quality of picture. It looks like "poor computer-like mpeg". This is visible in two ways:
1. The picture is being drawn with flat color-palette. Areas which are in similar colors are drawn in one color. So it looks like solarization-effect (just a little but visible).
2. When the picture is fast changing I can see more then one picture at a time. In other words - old frame is still visible when a new one is being drawn.
Is it normal for this TV-model? It is not annoying, but I expected better quality.

I dont know this TV.
Is there perhaps the function "Rauschreduktion" ?
So you can tune this one.
And secondly - I think its a 100 Hertz TV.
Can you change this Mode??(100 Hertz Mode)
Have a look in the Menue.
I know this Problem from Sony TVs -
its possible to change this mode.

Yeah, it's 100 Hz one. I think this is normal for this model (it is technology from about 3-4 years ago, so I think the Analog-to-Digital converter is just not as good as it could be).
"Rauschreduktion" - is it "noise reduction"? I tried to tune everything. The picture is better but not perfect.
This TV works in 100 Hz only and even if it had had a possibility of working in 50 Hz, I wouldn't have used it.
