Vielleicht fangen wir mal mit der benutzten Hard- und Software an bevor wir hier rumraten. Ist der Ponyprog aktuell? Ältere Versionen hatten mit dem Chip einen Bug in einer Ini-Datei. Leider ist die FAQ auf der Anbieterseite nicht mehr da aber mit der aktuellen Version sollts eigentlich klappen.

Hab grad nochmal nachgesehen. Die FAQ ist im Installationspfad von Ponyprog und da steht zu dem Fehler drin:
Q: I can't program ATmega, I always got "Write failed message".
Q: I can't program AVR AT90Sxxx, I receive error -21 and the program fails. What is the problem?

A: Increase the following parameters in the ponyprog.ini file (all times are in milliseconds)

AVRByteWriteDelay=30 'Delay to complete the write of a single word
AVREraseDelay=100 'Delay to complete the erase of all the memory

In case of ATmega increase also the following parameter:
ATMegaPageWriteDelay=50 'Delay to complete the write of a page of flash memory

Hallo Programmierer,

hat mal jemand ein hex-file für mich parat??? möchte einen isp-brenner testen... reicht also, wenn eine led blinkt oder sowas...

habe folgende µC:
ATMEGA 8535L-8D
ATMEGA 8515L-8D
ATMEGA 8L8 DIP

wenn ich selbst was schreibe, weiß ich wieder nicht, ob es an der software oder an der hardware liegt, wenns nicht läuft
